  2. Manage Business through Glocal Partners & Distributors
  3. Sales Process in GMV - Get Enquiry, Send quotations, Advance Payment Collection, Order Booking, Getting Order Confirmation from factory, Getting final payment from Clients, Co-ordination for arranging transport between Client and Logistics Department, Delivery, Sending Dispatch Details to clients.
  4. Co-ordination for Technical Services between clients & our Service Department.
  5. Managing Targeted Business for Complete – Complete Lift requires more time for order conversions, Drawing process, Managing deliveries.
  6. Planning & Participation in Various Exhibitions - ACETECH, Elevators & Escalator Exhibitions, Various Event of Indian Institute of Architects etc.
  7. Regular Email Campaign / News Letter Sending to Elevators Companies
  8. Regular Email Campaign / News Letter Sending to Construction Companies, Architects & End users.
  9. Meet Architects and Construction Companies in various cities of India for Brand Awareness, Promote GLOCAL concept etc.
  10. Attend techno commercial meetings / Tenders of Construction Companies along with GLOCAL Partner’s
  11. Look for business from New Clients/Elevators Companies.
